DATE: 25-27, June 2010
LOCATION: Niceville, Fort Walton Beach
If you want to stay on-site, a limited number
of special rate rooms are being held until gone or May 26, 2010,
whichever is first. Call this special Hotel Reservations number:
800-874-8962, and tell them you are with the "Niceville HS Class
of 80". Group Rates range from $179 to $239/night, $10 off across
the board, check-in 3pm, check-out, 11am.
COST: $80 per person, $160 per couple.
If you can only make it one night, $25 for Friday Only, $60 for
Saturday Only. If you come on Friday and decide you want to come
on Saturday, pay just $55 more on Saturday. All costs per person.
Friday:
6-8pm, Meet and Greet. Greeters will be located
at the entrance of the Ambassador room near the lobby of the
Ramada Plaza Beach Resort in Fort Walton Beach. Check-in at the
registration table and pick up your name tag, favors and agenda
with times for each event for Friday and Saturday night. We will
have a flat amount of hors'dourves ordered to cover the number of
people pre-registered. The theme is Pep Rally. Dress is casual –
hats & other decorations provided. Come rally or mingle with
classmates in the Ambassador room reserved until 11pm.
You are on your own after that.
Saturday:
Noon, meet up with classmates around the beach or
at the Grotto Swim Up Bar. Beach volley ball anyone?
Saturday:
6pm, Meet and Greet. 7pm, buffet
with steak (or chicken), desert and drinks (non-alcoholic).
Interesting activities planned around 8pm. Dress is “a little more
dressy”. Look as good as you want. No formal photographer is
expected. We will have disposable digital cameras around the room.
Bring your own and share. Ambassador room reserved until
11pm. After that…
Sunday:
nothing official planned but at least 14 of your classmates have
reserved a room at the hotel so some might get together for
breakfast if they didn’t already stay up all night and been there
done that.
